 The Viewer Reports add-on is currently a free add-on that allows you to track, by IP address, each viewer and their experience with your media. This is like being able to track each person that purchases your products and services. The PMOS actually tracks, to the second;
When they started the PMOS
How long they looked at the main screen before they clicked on something
What section and sub-section they clicked on when they do click
How long there spent in that sub-section
If they used the Interactive feature in that sub-section
When they go to the Contact Us screen
When the PMOS is closed.
If they used the media only for the purpose of using the Contact Us feature.
To use the Viewer Reports you simply download the Viewer Reports add-on sample application, run it from a folder on your web site (ASP - based application) and point to the location in your back office under the Browser Settings in each interface. If you want to add to this sample application you can modify it to meet your needs. You currently have all the information you need in the .mdb file and can use any type of web based application to populate that database with the information passed by the PMOS™ as it is being viewed. If you have any questions, make sure you contact your representative about setting up your Viewer Reports add-on.
